Rental listing fees
The $99 annual vacation-rental listing fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed.
This applies whether or not your listing is approved, whether or not it results in bookings, and whether or not you remove it before the year ends. By submitting payment you acknowledge this policy.
If your listing is rejected during review for reasons of policy or content, you may request that we hold your submission and re-review a revised version at no additional cost within 14 days of the rejection notice.
If we make a billing error (charging you twice, for example), we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 5 business days.
Merchandise orders — all sales final
Because our apparel is custom-printed to order through Printful, all sales of physical merchandise (including hoodies) are final.
We cannot accept returns or offer size exchanges. Please consult our Size Guide on the product page before ordering.
We'll still make it right in the rare cases where something goes wrong on our end:
- Defective or damaged items — reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
- Wrong item shipped — same 14-day window; we'll send the correct item at no charge.
- Lost in transit — if tracking has not updated for 15+ business days from ship date, we'll issue a replacement or a full refund.
We do not accept returns or refunds for size changes, color preference, buyer's remorse, or personalized items (name, date, or custom text). Please double-check the size chart and personalization spelling before checkout.
Beach cam sponsorships & advertising
Sponsorship placements are billed for a fixed campaign period and are non-refundable once the placement goes live. Cancellations before launch receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
How to request a refund
Send us your order number and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
