This policy explains what personal information moodybeach.com collects, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We take a minimal, coastal approach — we only collect what we need to run the site.

Information we collect

• Account details — name, email, and password hash when you create an account.
• Listing content — property details, photos, and contact information you submit as a homeowner.
• Order details — shipping address and order history when you buy merchandise. Payment card data is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Lead forms — information you enter into SMS signup, market analysis, or contact forms.
• Usage data — aggregated visit data via Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, device type, approximate region).

How we use it

• to publish your listings and process your orders;
• to send order confirmations, listing status updates, and — if you opt in — occasional community news;
• to prevent abuse and keep the site secure;
• to understand which content is useful so we can improve the site.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted service providers: Stripe (payments), our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (shipping merchandise), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), and Google Analytics (aggregated traffic). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, and Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing privacy@moodybeach.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Moody Beach is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
